The 2nd Grade has been working hard on a service project for our troops overseas. They have donated many items such as canned goods, personal care items, books, and playing cards. They also spent a few days making cards to let the soldiers know that they are appreciated. Their main purpose for this project was to show kindness and compassion for others and to help lift our soldiers' spirits for the holidays.

First graders observed and recorded information about pumpkins. We weighed our pumpkins and measured the circumference too. We tried to count how many seeds were inside! First graders think pumpkins are awesome!
