On April 30, seventh grade students traveled to Tanner's Creek in Guilford, IN to learn about the Ohio River watershed. Students collected and identified macroinvertebrates and ten different species of fish from Tanner's Creek. They also conducted six different water quality tests to determine the health of Tanner's Creek. Finally, students discussed the importance of the Ohio River watershed and steps they can take to protect it.
